These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, opt-in pages, purchase pages, and digital products offered by RPG Marketer, LLC (DBA Randy Grubaugh / The Stop Restarting System™) ("we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

1. Products & Digital Delivery

We sell digital products including ebooks, guides, workbooks, and other downloadable resources. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product via email delivery and/or a download link on the purchase confirmation page.

Digital products are delivered in PDF format and are compatible with any device that supports PDF viewing. No physical products will be shipped.

You are responsible for ensuring your device and email are set up to receive and open your purchased products. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical issues on your end.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the listed price to your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already completed.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. See Section 3 for our refund policy.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed.

We do not offer refunds on digital products after delivery.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and respond within 3 business days.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in our digital products — including but not limited to text, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of RPG Marketer, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal use.

You may not:

Reproduce, copy, or duplicate the product or any portion of it
Share, distribute, or resell the product to others
Use the product to create competing products or services
Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

Our products are educational in nature. Any income figures, results, or examples mentioned in our products, pages, or marketing materials are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future earnings or results.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number on any of our opt-in or purchase forms and checking the consent box (where applicable), you agree to receive automated SMS text messages from RPG Marketer, LLC (DBA Randy Grubaugh / The Stop Restarting System™).

Message types include: product delivery notifications, follow-up messages, and promotional content related to our products and services.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
